Home > Get Involved > Interfaith Service Trip to Atlanta — Spring Break 2025
A unique opportunity for all UMD students to engage in service, build interfaith connections, and explore Atlanta—all at no cost! Over the course of 5 days, selected students will engage in meaningful service projects, experience cultural and interfaith dialogue, and explore Atlanta’s rich history and vibrant city life. This document details the purpose, itinerary, and benefits of the trip, as well as the application process.
Our goal is to provide students with meaningful opportunities to connect across differences, discover shared values, and build lasting relationships. Rooted in the power of service, this trip will bring together students from diverse backgrounds to collaborate and grow through hands-on experiences.
By engaging in interfaith dialogue, community service, and leadership development, we aim to inspire connections that extend beyond this journey. With its rich cultural history and vibrant diversity, Atlanta serves as the ideal backdrop for fostering understanding, service, and personal growth.
