During the weekend, you will have the opportunity to meet other Jewish terps also starting in the fall, be hosted by a student involved in the Hillel community and participate in a variety of fun activities and enjoyable meals.
The weekend will be Shabbat-friendly, and all meals and snacks will be kosher.
The University of Maryland will also be hosting its Admitted Students Open House on March 31 (leading into the Prospective Student Shabbaton). Throughout the day, students will learn more about their admitted major/college and any special programs they may have been invited to, meet faculty, staff, and current students, and explore unique student experiences and campus resources. This registration is separate from the Maryland Hillel Prospective Student Shabbaton but will not conflict with one another. We encourage all students that are able to come early to take advantage of this open house!
We cannot accept any more registrations for the time being, but please sign up for the waitlist. We will try to contact those on the waitlist by the end of next week.
