Missed Meal Request Form

This form is for students enrolled in the Maryland Hillel Kosher Dining Meal Plan who will be unable to attend a scheduled meal and would like a meal set aside for pickup.

Requests may be submitted for future dates or, when needed, for the same day. While we will do our best to accommodate all requests, same-day requests cannot be guaranteed. For the best chance of fulfillment, please submit future requests at least 3-4 days in advance.
