The organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a direct link to our campus-based mentor program and the college student volunteers at chapters across the country. The Associate Director of Programming (ADP) oversees and ensures program quality, program management, and financial sustainability at the chapter level. This includes onsite and remote chapter oversight and support, college student leadership development, volunteer training, partnership development, chapter fund development, and program management.
Written and verbal communication skills, relationship building skills, the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people, and teamwork skills are valuable in this role.
This position reports to the National Director of Programming.
The national office of College Mentors for Kids is in Indianapolis, IN.
This position is hybrid (in office with opportunity to telecommute a few days per week) for candidates located near Indianapolis, or remote (based in a candidate’s home location) for candidates located elsewhere in Indiana or Ohio. This position has expected travel to College Mentors locations.
