First Shabbat

Welcome to Maryland Hillel! Join us as we kick off the semester with our first Shabbat. Join fellow Jewish Terps in celebrating Shabbat and the start of the semester. Shabbat and dinner will occur at the Maryland Hillel building (7612 Mowatt Lane – across from the School of Business).

  • Early Dinner: 7:00 p.m. – Kosher meat meal with vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options available!
  • Services: 7:00 p.m. – Orthodox (Multipurpose Room), Conservative (Upstairs Shul), Reform (Outside Garden/Conference Room)
  • Shabbat Dinner concluding Reform and Conservative Services (open to all!)
  • Shabbat Dinner concluding Orthodox Services (open to all!)
