If you love sharing Jewish joy, want to connect with young people, and are looking for a part-time job, come be a Lead Teacher  in Adas Israel’s weekly Religious School!

Adas Israel is the largest Conservative Synagogue in the DC area. We serve hundreds of families, offering classes and programming from PreK4 through 12th grade at our metro accessible shul. We are always looking for awesome team members and are excited to hear from you!

We are looking for religious school teachers to start in August. Open positions include:
–6th and 7th grade teachers on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays from 3:45-6:15
–Elementary grade teachers on Sundays from 8:30-12:30

We provide curriculum resources, weekly objectives, and mentoring – you create engaging, meaningful lesson plans for your students and make the magic happen in the classroom! Our starting pay is $40/hour and we offer paid professional development days.
