Marty Rochlin

Executive Director

Marty Rochlin is an accomplished Jewish communal leader with a proven track record of growing organizations, fostering community, and creating meaningful youth experiences. He most recently served as a Co-Executive Director of Camps Airy & Louise, where he helped lead a large-scale overnight camp community serving approximately 2,000 campers and staff annually.

During his tenure, Rochlin guided the organization through a period of significant challenge and growth. Following a 2022 dining hall fire, he oversaw crisis response and continuity of operations, ensuring uninterrupted camp experiences for three consecutive summers under temporary conditions. He also led the reconstruction and reopening of a new dining facility in 2025, while maintaining strong community engagement and program quality.

During his role as Co-Executive Director, Rochlin also served a decade as Director of Camp Airy.

Earlier in his career, Rochlin served as an assistant principal in both Baltimore County Public Schools and Frederick County Public Schools.
