Alysha Beyer brings more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience to her role as Chief Development Officer at Maryland Hillel, with a career spanning global public health, sustainable development, and Jewish community building. She has led multi-million-dollar initiatives across Africa, Asia, and the U.S., forging partnerships with governments, major donors, and the private sector to drive lasting impact.
Passionate about connecting philanthropy to purpose, Alysha is excited to bring her expertise in relationship-building, strategic fundraising, and storytelling to strengthen Maryland Hillel’s mission and expand its reach.
Alysha holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University. She lives in Maryland with her two teenage children and enjoys exploring the rich cultural life of the Washington, D.C. area—from art and music to its diverse culinary scene.
