Adam is thrilled to continue building an incredible community on campus, fostering a deep connection to Jewish life and a love for Israel. Now three years into his role at UMD, Adam is a familiar face on campus, known dedication to student life. In 2023, Adam completed his Master’s degree in Jewish Professional Studies from the Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership.
Originally from New Jersey, Adam is happy to be “closer” in to home in New Jersey after working in Florida between 2018 and 2022. Outside of work, you’ll find him cheering for his beloved Philadelphia sports teams, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen (his homemade hummus, matbucha and challah are crowd favorites), and exploring the DMV area’s rich cultural offerings. Adam is also passionate about creating content on TikTok under the name @jewishadam, where he shares his love for Jewish culture, Israel and community.
His keen interest in genealogy has led him to piece together an extensive family tree, connecting with relatives worldwide. He is always happy to help you start your geneaology journey if it ever peaks your interest!
