Rayna Alexander is a graduate of Penn State University where she received a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s in international affairs (2024). Her background is primarily in African and Middle Eastern history and politics. On campus, Rayna was an active member of Nittany Lions for Israel and a frequenter of Hillel’s conservative minyan. She previously interned for the United States Agency for International Development (Embassy in Dakar, Senegal), Department of State, and various other think tanks and non-profits working on democracy and humanitarian assistance in West Africa. She also likes to paint and draw, talk geopolitics, and advocate for Jewish students!
