In the spirit of alumni “going the extra mile,” or in this case the extra 26.2 miles, to help raise money for and support the Hillel at the University of Maryland at College Park, Adam Rosen will be running the Publix Florida Marathon at Melbourne Beach FL, this coming Sunday, February 12, 2023.
Adam has raised extensive funds through his marathoning through the years and is dedicating this marathon to trying to raise funds for UMD Hillel to enable it to continue its critical on-campus work. Gd willing, this will be Adam’s 20th full marathon, so let’s make it special for UMD Hillel!
As both an alumnus (class of 1986) and a parent (Rebecca 2023, Michael 2025), Adam knows better than most just how crucial a role UMD Hillel plays in the day-to-day lives of so many students. UMD Hillel is in fact one of THE most important requirements in a student’s decision to choose Maryland.
There are only a few days left until the marathon and we are hoping that you will sponsor Adam generously, as all proceeds go to UMD Hillel.
